If you feel like going further afield this vineyard is at Exeter (about 25mins from Bowral). It is a small family-run vineyard and they do a great Rose and Pinot Noir!

This lovely boutique winery is located just up the road on Old Argyle Rd. They have a nice tasting room and experience. Well worth a visit.
