Great high-end Italian food in Asheville, Chef has a nightly six course dinner and a bunch of different homemade pastas! Great spot and do make reservations a head of time,

One of my personal favorites, Cucina is owned by Bryan Canipelli who was a James Beard Finalist. They make all their pasta in house, most of their fare is regional (aside from seafood, citrus, wine) Brian takes traditional Italian dishes and utilizes WNC ingredients. BEST wood fired pizza in town, and a must stop.

This is one amazing upscale Italian restaurant. Cucina 24 has all the dishes you would expect-with flair! I highly recommend the chefs menu (whatever it is that day).
