About a 40 minute drive from Nattai Lodge, located in an 1870’s abandoned kerosene mining village. The Distillery is one of a few single malt distilleries in the world to grow their own barley and have access to natural pristine spring water on-site. The Jimenez family provides great tastings and tours of the village. A must see.

Our own local distillery set in the ruins of historic Joadja Village. Taste their award-winning gin, whisky and anis which is all made on-site using 100% on-site ingredients.

How cool is this place!!? A distillery in the middle of the bush. The owners bought an abandoned ghost town in the middle of a national Park and set about restoring the buildings and setting up their distillery. There's tours of the shale oil mining industries that created this town and of course whiskey to try and buy. Their gins are also pretty special using local native botanicals.
