If you are looking for the Best aged beef this side of Italy go here! Newer to FC. The food is completely quality controlled. Everything is not only perfected but gets to the table perfect. The beef hangs in a glass cube for viewing. So pleased to have such a classy place to dine right here in Fort Collins! Call ahead get the CURVED booth near the back or a warm cube outside! Great patio on the most happening corner of old town too.
