Truly a hidden gem.. Only open for lunch! This restaurant sits at the bottom of what was once the largest indoor poor in the world. Located inside the lightener museum.

LUNCH! This is one of my favorite lunch spots. The tomato bisque is my favorite. It's located behind the Lightner Museum. Café Alcazar is an elegant eatery situated in the space of the Lightner Museum originally designated for the largest indoor swimming pool. ...and they take reservations, so call ahead.

Café Alcazar is a great café that combines food with sightseeing! It is located in the Lightner Museum, in what used to be a huge INDOOR swimming pool when it was the Alcazar hotel. Casual food (we love their curry chicken salad), and cool to see the photos when it was a pool. You eat in the deep end! :) As an added bonus, they often have a musician playing...the acoustics of live music in an empty cement pool are spectacular!
