Antonio Park’s eponymous restaurant may be the best known place to munch on high-end maki in Montreal, but it would be unwise to overlook chef Junichi Ikematsu’s Mile End restaurant. The chef’s honed knife is applied to a veritable rainbow of raw seafood, from Arctic Char to uni and snow crab, across sashimi, maki, and temaki dishes that truly let that fresh fish shine.

You like sushi but are tired of classic Californian ones. Put the price to have very good quality and original but not weird sushis :)
