Another easy forest trail that loops through a spectacular old growth cedar forest, a great option if you love big trees! This trail also connects with the Wild Pacific Trail if you want to turn it into a longer coastal hike.

The other and quite different half of the Wild Pacific Trail. Here you can dwell among ancient cedars and explore the 'hanging garden zone' with its Lichen & Ferns. Make sure to enter and park at the trail-head closest to the black rock resort as roadside parking next to the highway is pretty sketchy.

Giant cedar trees on the Wild Pacific trail. You will find the beginning of the trail before the entrance to Ucluelet.

Another section of the spectacular Wild Pacific Trail. Incredible old growth trees and beautiful coastal view points. Access from Peninsula Road, look for the sign on the road on your way out of town.
