A great place for a long walk or for a long chat, so be sure to put on your walking shoes before you set out. The main attraction here are the native birds and ducks which call this place home. Some local children here feed the ducks bread however, it is not recommended. Your options here are to either further explore the park by walking along the footpath or to get a good workout in the playground with the outdoor gym equipment provided there. You also have Jim Ring Reserve on the other side of Rodd St, which can be an alternative and interesting path to walk home with plenty of players kicking the ball around for you to look at in the afternoon.
