another favorite for the reason is that it has a paved road all the way at the top. This one is a little tricky but there is a small dirt area where you can park, but it is connected to Rio Hondo college so sometimes I find parking at the entrance to the right. and just walk up the paved hill. as you start walking you will go through the police academy you can either follow the paved road or the dirt road depending on what you want to do. Just follow the signs. Even though it says not to use the paved road everyone does it and its such a nice walk . when you get to the top you will have a great view of the city and there are some benches to have food or just relax. No restrooms so keep that in mind.
