Plant is an evolving chef-driven vegetable, fruit, and active-foods restaurant in Asheville, NC. They serve dinner from an open kitchen and bar, with 13 tables, 47 seats, kitchen-side dining, and a seasonal dog-friendly patio. Reservations highly recommended.

Plant is a vegetarian restaurant, but they do such excellent food, that non-vegetarians will find dishes they will truly enjoy. Case in point, their ravioli dish competes with any ravioli with meat. I’ll pick this every time! They have a beat specialty dish that locals and visitors rave about. And amazing key lime pie, along with other delicious desserts.
