A pioneer of the River Arts District, Payne converted this 100 year old triangular three story building into a studio for his metal "Kinetosaurs" and leased the remaining studio spaces to fellow artists. Now home to 20+ working artist studios, Payne's legacy is alive and vibrant. Founded in 2008, The Wedge Brewery anchors the dock level of the building with a 10BBL brewery/tasting room and an expansive outdoor seating area.
