This is along the Blue Ridge Parkway at milepost 367. You can park at the picnic area and hike the 0.8 miles to the Craggy Garden Flats for views and a picnic.

Craggy is a great hike for beginners or for folks that want to get out and see some natural beauty…but it won’t leave you exhausted and sore for two days. The hike itself should only take about twenty minutes and the views at the top are worth every step. From the Airbnb, expect it to take about 30 minutes to drive to the parking area at the base of the trail.

One of my favorite spots with 360 views - only a 0.7 mile hike but there is some incline.
