They’re known for casual spaces that play to the strengths of their local communities, which is something ownership hopes to keep very much alive with their new neighborhood coffee and food spot. They use organic and locally sourced produce whenever possible, buying weekly from the farmers markets. The menu changes seasonally and they only serve 100% organic, humanely raised animals.

Much like the NYC original, all the cocktails at this Chinatown bar are apothecary/medicinal-themed, and fantastic enough to soften the blow of the $16 price point. The interior is fairly small, but there’s a big patio in the back with its own bar that we predict everyone will be drinking at by summer.
