Locals and tourists love this place. Basically a local diner. A little too much grill smoke for my taste, but some other people don't mind.

Breakfast. Classic diner. All your breakfast favorites are done well here: pancakes, french toast, huevos rancheros. Family owned, been here forever.

Penguin Cafe is a quiet, local spot in Laguna Beach that you may not notice or even hear about while in town. It's a great breakfast spot with an throwback feel to old breakfast diners. 1 block off the ocean in Laguna Beach.
