We enjoyed our time on this beach. Parking was affordable and plentiful. You can either stroll along the top, on a nice even sidewalk nicely landscaped or head down the stairs to the water. You get right up to the sand and sea at Treasure Island! The views are magnificent.

Hidden gem, can't be seen from the road. The scenetic path down to the beach is filled with plants and there are plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the view from a height. 17 min from us, street meter parking, or park at the Montage resort next door and enjoy a drink at its lobby cafe balcony watching the sun set to the ocean.
