1 mile west on 32nd is a 60 acre lake with a nature preserve and beautiful views of the Front Range (Eastern face of the Rocky Mountains). We love walking around Crown Hill - I always imagine I'm Laura Ingalls crossing the plains and just seeing the mountains for the first time when I'm walking around Crown Hill!

This is a great lake park with plenty of trail options. You'll also see plenty of nature like deer, fish, birds, coyotes, and is even horse friendly.

Very nearby and such a lovely lake to walk around. Also has a nature preserve.

My favorite place for a close-by trail experience. Not very crowded and has great views of the mountains across the lake. Stay on the outer perimeter for the longest loop (about 2.4 miles).
