Walk to this popular breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Only downsides is that is really busy on weekends (go early) and it is cash only (they have an ATM). Very affordable prices - kid's plates are under $4!

Very popular breakfast place about a 5 to 10 minute walk. Have a coffee outside on a lazy Saturday while you wait with the locals for a seat.
