'The Downtown Taproom', where you can sample award-winning ciders, choosing from up to fourteen ciders and meads on tap as part of a flight, or in a glass. They even have a great selection of craft beers! Hungry? Enjoy some delicious local charcuterie put together by Emily and Kurt of South Slope Cheese Co. It is the perfect compliment to hard cider. Or, stop by and visit Noble's store to pick out your favorite can or bottle to take home.

My favorite Cider of Asheville! The standard is dry and perfect and low sugar! Downtown has small plates to share as well.

Since this place opened in Spring 2019, we have made sure to take all of our out of town guests here. Noble has been a legendary local cidery for years and this taproom deserves just as much attention. Their wide selection of Noble ciders are wonderful and their mixed cocktail concoctions are top notch. But I don’t know what’s better- their delicious food or the drink selection! Plus, the decor and overall vibe create a space you just don’t want to leave. Do yourself a favor and make sure this spot is on your Asheville list!
