José Carlos García is the only restaurant to hold a Michelin star in the capital of the Costa del Sol. Although Malaga’s gastronomic scene is one of the most exciting in Spain at the moment José Carlos García is the only chef to have been awarded a Michelin star. The restaurant is on the waterfront in the Muelle Uno marina, with just six tables and a few more on the terrace. The food is exquisite modern Mediterranean fusion and you can either have a tasting menu or order à la carte.

If your looking for a michelin star meal, look no further (it is also your only option). A great, perfectly elevated experience in a contemporary, and cozy environment in the new harbour, service up a modern eclectic version of traditional andalucian food. The tasting meny is brilliant.
