Victoria was my favorite hangout as a teenager. The beach is another Laguna beauty. The homes actually come right down to the beach here, though it too is flanked by cliffs. Come here to get the local popular beach-goer vibe. The coastline here is quite pretty, and you can walk North to some tide pools. If you're good at making friends you may be able to join in a locals game of beach volleyball.

If you're up to go to Laguna Beach (definitely will need an uber) this beach is our favorite. :)

s the first destination that is hidden away from the general tourist population. It is usually occupied by locals who love the blue water and the seclusion from the chaos of the busy beaches.

30 minute drive. Castle tower in the sands! Technically, it is part of north Laguna Beach.
