Explore this 14th century courtyard castle in Doune, with a striking 100 ft high gatehouse and one of the best preserved great halls in Scotland. The location has been used in many films and TV series including, most recently, Outlander and Game of Thrones. There's also a lovely tea shop/cafe in the village called The Buttercup Cafe.
