Tucked beyond a scenic drive and just 15 minutes to the beach is Topanga Canyon. Artsy, counter culture, and off-the-beaten path, the area feels every bit like a hidden sanctuary. From nature trails set against grassy peaks to brunch by the creek, whats not to enjoy?

Rustic, upscale hippie vibe with interesting residences and some great eats and shops. It's a "honey pull over I want to check that place out" kinda drive...you'll be taking this canyon road down from here to the beach, so maybe plan to take the long way - that is, stop, look, and go...there's a few great brunch spots too along the way...take your time, it's a cute little town.
