• Anza-Borrego Desert State Park Visitor Center is located about 2 west of Christmas circle. www.parks.ca.gov. It is located at the east end of Palm Canyon Road, just off County Road S-22. Phone: 760/767-4205 or 760/767-5311. It is cut into the side of a hill and is totally invisible from the road. It has a well-stocked bookstore as well as a museum presentation of the park's history.A slide show is provided on an hourly basis at the Visitor Center. Numerous events occur on a seasonal basis. The visitor center can give you information about Ranger guided Nature Tours, lectures and campfire events. Check at the Visitor Center for schedules. Check at the Visitor Center seasonal programs and events.

Beautiful park and amazing wild flowers whenever the bloom comes. Call the park to find the expected dates of the biggest blooms. Its stunning!
