Walk about 7 minutes to the wonderful southern ocean. From July to October whales are easily spotted out at sea blowing, cruising and breaching. There are many wonderful walks along the coast. Our favourite is south starting at Berrara Beach to Mermaid Pools and then if you feel really energetic along the cliff fcae and Monument beach to Flat Rock. Its a fabulous wild and easy walk.

The most popular surf beach in Sussex Inlet would be Cudmirrah Beach. It offers surfing, beautiful walks and swimming. Cudmirrah beach is a patrolled beach during peak summer periods. You reach Cudmirrah beach via Pacificana Drive, Sussex Inlet.
