Stand up bar between Nick's and Watermarc in the beautiful Peppertree Lane off of PCH. The Saloon is the place the locals usually go to have a drink or two before heading to the Sandpiper, which usually gets busy a little later around 11 pm. Order a popo shot for a little local flavor, it's half coffee with half something else that resembles Kahlua.
