Small room in a quiet house with own lock and key. Share common area, kitchen and bathroom with Airbnb guest. Host does not use them. This an old 1900's house with uneven heights. If you are on the taller side, please reconsider a different location. Bathroom is small; if you are large or tall please reconsider. The neighborhood is quiet with the occasional dog walkers. Next to the spacious Balboa Park and police station. Next to bus J,K,M to downtown. 29, 49, BART.
