this is a bar with restaurant. It is actually the terrace of a Hotel called Los Amantes. and from there you can have some Drinks and eat something watching Santo Domingo. This is a great view. The price is probably from Medium to High but if you don´t want to spend a lot of money, you can try one or two Mezcales and take a Selfie with this great view and leave after a while.
