A favourite for rock fishing, or a moderate 30 minute bush walk during the ocassional non-swimming beach day. There's a little walking track that takes you past little fairy gardens the local kids have made, and then through a forest and to a point on the cliffs that looks like a strange Martian landscape - you can see all the way up to the Bay to the north, down to Rosedale in the south and almost out to NZ :). Well worth exploring!!!

One of the best beaches on the South Coast - crystal clear water that one day you can snorkel in and the next catch some great waves. Protected from the sea breeze by gum trees on the cliffs on either side - and a long gentle slope into the water.

Mckenzies Beach
One of the best beaches on the South Coast - crystal clear water that one day you can snorkel in and the next catch some great waves. Protected from the sea breeze by gum trees on the cliffs on either side - and a long gentle slope into the water.
All literally a minute walk out the gate in the back garden. There's surfboards, body boards and snorkels in the shed.

Great spot to grab a drink or bite to eat with views overlooking the marina and the Tollgate Islands in the Bay.

If you feel like a drive to get a feel for the Bay, head down to Narooma (just under an hour) and grab some fish and chips for lunch down at the Quarterdeck.

One of the best places breakfast, brunch and lunch we've found anywhere in any city - and it's just 2 minutes drive away. Just brilliant food and great service. There's tables inside and a deck out the back overlooking Mosquito Bay.

We went kayaking, and its a great activity and way to explore something new with the kids. We came across all types of birds, fish and some huge, but "friendly" rays along the way.
They also do all sorts of tours, bike hire and other experiences.
