32nd Street goes straight to the beach and located a couple minutes from our property.....
32nd Street easily connect Balboa and Newport Blvds. that are a mere block running parallel to each other at this location. On one side 32nd Street ends at the ocean-facing beaches of the peninsula, while the other side of this fairly short street connects to another strip mall, Lido Village and the road to access Lido Island.
32nd Street Beach has limited street parking and the beach, itself, is a nice point not far from Newport Pier, which is at 21st Street.
Though tourists don't frequent this beach quite as much as beaches closer to Newport Beach's two piers, they can easily access it and ride past it on the paved beach path. When you live in the area, 32nd Street is always a great place to meet and jog, sunbathe or relax.
