Del Mar is famous with the locals for Dog Beach where Fido can frolic in the Ocean. Leash laws are from June-September.

The Legoland California theme park includes rides, a water park and the SEA LIFE Aquarium. The Flower Fields is a seasonal attraction ( May - June ).
Also home to the World renowned La Costa Resort , world class golfing and host to major Gold tournaments .
Four Reasons Resort is a “5” star hotel with a breathtaking Gold Course . They are famous for their 4th of July display. Accessible to the public, but don’t forget to bring a picnic blanket or beach chairs.

The beaches of Solana Beach are hidden by tall sea cliffs and bordered by Cardiff State Beach to the north and Del Mar Dog Beach to the south. Home to the famous Belly Up Tavern and neighboring Del Mar Racetrack, Solana Beach is a nice blend of the affluent north county and mellow surf environment. Locals are friendly, the views are unbelievable and entertainment is plenty.
A must-see is Cedros District of Solona Beach for shopping of clothes, Art and home furnishings.
