Lovely little tucked away cafe with great coffee and basic food menu. Also have a lot of nice and interesting little deli-style produce to take home and try. As it is in Kiama Heights, it doesn't get as much of the holiday maker traffic that you get around town. Great view too.

Great Indian restaurant. Cute and quaint outdoor sitting area with alot of ambience and the food is just as good. Great vegan and vegetarian options. Book ahead if visiting on Friday or Saturday nights though, as is a popular restaurant in town. Also do free delivery.

Just a great all round Thai restaurant, and the best in town in our opinion. Order online and take away over to the grassy area next to the harbour on a warm summer evening. Also popular though, so book ahead if eating in.

Nice contemporary Australian cuisine dining option, with great pasta nights and de-gustation options sometimes on Saturdays. Make sure you check out their menu online first and make a booking, as they are also busy during holiday periods. Good for a date night too!

Definitely the better of the two pubs in Kiama. Being recently refurbished and with a great new food menu, it is perfect for families and you can sit outside of a summer afternoon and watch the Kiama foot traffic walk by.

Lovely and quaint country town only a 25 minute drive from Kiama, with many great cafes and restaurants and arts & crafts/gift stores. Getting more popular these days, but still highly recommended if you've never visited the area.

Only a 13-minute drive down the highway from Kiama, Gerringong must visit destination if it is your first time to the Kiama area. Werri Beach is a great place to take the dog for a run, to go for a surf, or just take a stroll along the beach. The drive further south to Gerroa through the lush dairy farming country is a picturesque drive. The ocean pool down by the boat ramp/harbour is also a beautiful spot to swim and very family friendly.

Amazing coastal walk along this very scenic coastline, and a great option to stretch the legs and get some fresh air. Take a picnic and make an adventurous day of it by doing the full walk to Werri Lagoon and back, but be sure to pack the sunscreen, hat and water as it is quite a hilly 12 km round trip!! Also fantastic option for dog walking.

Another more quiet little country town, but it is a nice drive from Kiama through dairy-farming country, and has a historic and quaint country pub. Also has an IGA which is a nice alternative to the business of the Woolworth's in Kiama.

A great ocean pool with a great view and the perfect option for a swim int he salt water, with a smaller pool for toddlers too. Also has public toilet facilities and plenty of parking right next to the pool.
