De Luz (Spanish for "Of Light") is an unincorporated community in San Diego and Riverside County, California. De Luz is 6 miles (9.7 km) northwest of Fallbrook and due west of Temecula.
In this rural and sparely populated Southern California community you can still find a rare sense of openness, wild natural beauty and quiet. It truly is a road less traveled. De Luz appeals to those who want privacy, space, and big wide-open vistas. The eastern portion of De Luz is considered an unincorporated part of the greater Temecula area.
