Lake Access
• Nearest public lake access with boat ramp at Tidwell Park Boat Ramp. Short 6 minute drive. Has bathroom, sitting area, areas to swim and of course boat ramp. Nice place to fish, paddle board and kayak. Directions:
○ From the house, take a right on Pilgrims Point Rd.
○ Then take a right on Pilgrim Mill Rd. which will then end right at Tidwell Part Boat Ramp.
Note: There are some areas for swimming for kids and safe spot for kayaking and paddle boarding.
Tidwell Park Boat Ramp
• Nearest public lake access with boat ramp at Tidwell Park Boat Ramp. Short 6 minute drive. Has bathroom, sitting area, areas to swim and of course boat ramp. Nice place to fish, paddle board and kayak. Directions:
○ From the house, take a right on Pilgrims Point Rd.
○ Then take a right on Pilgrim Mill Rd. which will then end right at Tidwell Part Boat Ramp.
Note: There are some areas for swimming for kids and safe spot for kayaking and paddle boarding.
• Private and gated lake access at Madonna Parrish Memorial Park. Short 3 minute drive. Don't forget to bring the Lake key! Directions:
○ From the house, take left on Pilgrims Point Rd.
○ On Mercedes Dr. take a right on the dirt road.
○ Before the road bends there is smaller lane heading straight (ignore the "No lake access"), go straight down that road and you'll approach a gate.
○ Unlock gate with the Lake Key and MAKE SURE TO LOCK GATE BEHIND YOU.
○ Head straight down the road and it will end right at the lake and boat ramp.
Please comply with all the rules posted at the gate. This private lake access is shared with other neighbors. Note: This is not an ideal swimming spot for little kids. The Tidwell Park has better swimming areas for kids.
Also, please try not to loose the key. If it does get lost we will have to charge a $50 fee. :-(
