New Belgium is one of our favorite breweries and they have regularly scheduled FREE tours (which include a few beers). It is also conveniently located in West Asheville and there taproom has a great view of the French Broad River.

I love this place because it is just up the street, loved by locals, and played a huge role in the restoration of the West Asheville neighborhood many years ago when many businesses had written off development in this area.

Best beers in town. Hands down. They always have new and unique flavors and you can’t go wrong trying any of their seasonal microbrews. Lots of outdoor seating and especially nice on a sunny day. There is Usually a food truck there as well.

The Historic Biltmore Estate is one of our main attractions in Asheville. It is a sight certainly worth seeing but may require some planning ahead of time. You will need to purchase tickets which can be pricy depending on the season, and you will want to plan for it to take up the better part of your day. Definitely an experience worth having if the price doesn't bother you.
