If you are in the mood to have something upscale but still have a home-like feel, Margot's if the place to be. It is a little piece of France right in the center of Five Points in East Nashville. About a 10 minute drive, but from the first course to dessert you will have no regrets in making this your casual fine- dining choice. Every day presents a new menu, with craft cocktails, organic french-press coffee, you'll know why this is a local favorite. they are also the original farm to table restaurant.

Arguably the best BBQ place in Nashville, and we would agree. Even if you are a vegetarian their avocado and bean salad is a hard one to beat. Brisket is a must for lunch (we love their brisket tacos which is not on their menu but you can ask for it anytime!). And if you can make it for an early dinner for their wet ribs, you might just be able to get to try them before they completely sell out. Their whole menu is delicious and their sides are better than all other BBQ joints. Located in trendy 12 South area, about a 12 minutes drive, but there are lots of local shops and other food options on the street as well as a quaint park to walk off some of those calories.
