When you arrive in South Haven you feel like you have escaped to a little seaside retreat. The Town is right on Lake Michigan and the Black River. Boats, lighthouses and draw bridges, Shops and restaurants make this town very picturesque and fun to explore. Most of the beach areas and downtown are walkable and very shoppable.
We love coming to South Haven and staying all year long...we know you will love it too.

Lots of Shopping and Dining in the Saugatuck/Douglas area. Just another beautiful Michigan town where you can hang out and have a good time.

Holland is a neat city that is known for it's Tulip Festival in the Spring. Over a Hundred thousand Tulips at locations within the city. Don't miss it, it is beautiful!

Come find the Brew pub and enjoy their large selection of Drinks and Food. The Pretzel bites with Beer cheese are great. You can't go wrong here with inside/outside seating. Come and have a beer and unwind.

Nice breakfast and lunch cafe. Their BLTs and Grilled cheese sandwiches are fantastic. So much good food here and it is right downtown.

Eat, drink and watch the boats on the River! Does it get better than this. Old riverboat that is secured and is now a restaurant. come and sit outside on the deck or go below and have your own private state room to eat in. Best place to dine is the lower back of the boat where it is outside and water level. Don't be in a hurry because it won't make for a pleasant experience. Just come and kick back and enjoy yourself... we did.

On the outskirts of South Haven! Great Food, Great service and just an overall laid back atmosphere. Go and have a great time with good people.

St Joe is just a short drive away. It has beaches, restaurants and shopping. It can be a little difficult to find parking on the weekends, but it is worth the day trip to go and explore.

If you are staying in the area of DownTown/Beaches you can pretty much walk anywhere you need to go. Beaches, Restaurants and Shops are are all close together and most are very walkable.
