If you haven't been, Biltmore Estate is a must see. America's largest home built by George Vanderbilt II. The interior tour is amazing including the art, wardrobe, furniture and a look into the lifestyle of the 19th century Gilded Age. I recommend renting the audio narrative. Don't miss the outdoor gardens, spring summer and fall and the green house all year round. Your entry fee also allows you to dine at any of their superb restaurants. You can shop at the gift store at the entrance without an admission fee. Get your tickets early. Fall and Christmas often sell out.

Turn right to see the water falls. Hiking is easy to difficult on trails that originate from this trailhead. Graveyard Fields Trail 3.2 miles (USFS #358) Graveyard Ridge Trail 3.4 miles (USFS #356)
