From the Observatory trail head, enjoy a hike up a wide, decomposed granite trail. The Observatory is at the top, and there are fabulous viewpoints of the LA basin to the sea.
You might choose to stay longer for the daily Planetarium shows, Space Observatory and Astronomy museum. Or continue your hike further to Observatory Peake.
