Caminito del Rey is a walkway pinned along the steep walls of the gorge Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, a canyon carved by the river Guadalhorce in the territory of Alora. It owes its name to the visit of King Alfonso XIII in 1921 when he opened it.
This fascinating walk is over 3 kilometres and at some points reaches over 100 metres high and at other points is barely 1 metre wide. The entire route of Caminito del Rey is 7.7km including some parts that are walkways and rest accesses; the route is linear and goes in one direction downwards from the north to the south.

Senda Litoral: Walking and hiking on the coastal path between Cala de MIJAS and MARBELLA first line beach (Mediterranean Sea)
An extensive walking & hiking project, the idea is to be able to walk along the entire Mediterranean coast of the province of Málaga from Maro east of Nerja to the southwest of the port of La Duquesa (Manilva), where the province of Cadiz begins.
We are talking about a total of 170 km of completely flat and top trail for hikers.
The trail has its own website: sendalitoral.es in 4 languages.
