This is the most hyped breakfast place in Boulder, and for good reason. I personally love their different pancakes that are like dessert for breakfast, but the omelettes and sausages are popular too.

This is a great hike with really nice views of Boulder. There are beginner and intermediate trails and you can get up and back in just a few hours.
