Description

A sweet bedroom and private bath in a spacious heritage listed 1930s home. Mill Creek flows past our yard, where we have a gorgeous weeping willow. Guests have access to our large pool (opening in May).

We are a 2min walk from the Okanagan Lake and City Park, and a 5min walk from Bernard Street (Kelowna’s main walking, eating, shopping area).

Easily retreat from the bustling downtown core and into our leafy neighbourhood in Kelowna’s coveted Abbot Historical Preservation Area.

The bedroom is in a spacious heritage listed Tudor-style home built in the 1930s.

Bedroom is cozy with a dresser, wardrobe, and comfortable queen pillow-top mattress. Bathroom has a shower and no bath.

When you enter the front doors the original grand staircase is on the left and the guest bedroom and bathroom is found to the right.

The common area features original hardwood floors, bay windows, a open plan dining space with a large 6-person maple table/chairs, kitchen is large and bright.

The house is in a state of renovation. We removed two walls and installed two gorgeous fir beams! The house is very clean, however there are cosmetic holes in some common areas walls. The guest bedroom/bathroom is in a completed state.

We are located in Kelowna’s coveted Abbot Historical Preservation Area. Our neighbourhood is filled with mature trees, countless heritage homes, lake access, and lots of dog walkers.

We are incredibly central. We are a 2min walk from the Okanagan Lake and City Park, and a 5min walk from Bernard Street (Kelowna’s main walking, eating, shopping area).

My fiancé, two little dogs and I live in the property (upstairs).
MUST BE OK WITH DOGS, the dogs have free roam of the house and will want to come say hi, they love a good pat and will be your best friend if you throw their toys for them.
I’m often home so very available to answer any questions, offer recommendations, and have a general chat. I’m also very responsive on the AirBnB messenger and will happily communicate through that too.

My partner and I love board games so if you’d like to play one with us (or on your own) please let me know.
