Close to everything! Lots within walking distance, including some great local restaurants.

2.5 miles from Downtown, 3 miles from NAU, 9 miles from AZ Snow Bowl, 28 miles from Sedona, 79 miles from Grand Canyon.

Great place for couples, families to lay their heads while exploring Northern Arizona!

I have provided a guidebook (in the apartment upstairs) with things to do and see, as well as restaurants etc

Full kitchen (no dishwasher) with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc to cook your own meals. Small fridge and freezer. Dining table that seats 4. Coffee pot and toaster.
Queen bed in master with dresser and TV and blackout shade.
2 Twin beds in the second room, also a dresser and TV and blackout shade.
Living room has a small sofa with a large TV with Hulu, Netflix, and HBO Max logged in for you. Small balcony off the living room.
Large bathroom with tub and shower. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Free Washer and Dryer in the closet off the bathroom. LAUNDRY SUPPLIES ARE NOT PROVIDED.
Small outdoor area with table and chairs. Not an enclosed area. Children and pets will need to be supervised.
There are stairs! Please use the baby gate in the master closet if you have little ones not accustomed to stairs.

I am a mom and grandma who loves traveling with my family. When we all travel out of town for family events we always Airbnb together. It's so affordable and so fun to all stay together in one house.
I have been a host since 2019 and absolutely love hosting. It's very satisfying to prepare a place for guests. I love making sure they'll be comfortable and welcome.
In these new times we are living in, I have stepped up my cleaning routine to be even more thorough than it previously was. I now make sure to disinfect all surfaces, door knobs and handrails every time I turn the space over, as well as the usual sanitary laundering of all linens and towels with bleach and extra hot water. I open all windows upon entering to air the space out.
I make sure to wear my PPE such as mask and gloves while cleaning.
I hope you will feel safe and welcome in my home.
