This stylish and brand new self-contained unit is within walking distance to the world-class golf course (Rosebud Country Club) and provides 1 bedroom. Close proximity to the Peninsula Hot Springs in Rye and Rosebud beach.

Please note, this is a unit and the owner lives on site in his home at the front. The owner is lovely, respectful and will not interfere with your stay at all, unless requested.

It is a fully self-contained unit with its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet as well as a lounge / sitting area with a couch. There is also a portacot suitable for any children or babies. WIFI is included. The home does not have oven or stove, but does have BBQ, Air Fryer and Electric Fry Pan.
