This is a great location to stay if you want to enjoy Los Angeles / Southern California, visit Catalina Island, go on a cruise from Long Beach, Visit Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, and see the sights.

The neighborhood is super quiet and safe. It is a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day or have a glass of wine.

This is a condo complex, please be respectful of my neighbors. The Noise Curfew is 10pm - 7am

This is a non smoking building. Violation will incur a $200 per day fee.

Any lost keys will be $50 to replace. Lost keycard will be $100

PINE AVENUE
Pine Avenue is home to “Restaurant Row,” featuring food from around the world, with something tasty for every appetite and every budget. After dark the Avenue comes alive with night spots featuring music and entertainment. Saunter along the sidewalks and admire the LED display, as thousands of colorful, ever-changing lights illuminate the street’s historic buildings in a warm glow.
