Its 1330 square feet of luxury provides unforgettable moments as you and your family relax and revel in the comfort of its 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB. Yes, even your baby will have its own retreat when you choose Hideaway Station and our Luxury Loft #307 for your vacation home away from home.

Feel your troubles fall away with your first steps inside #307, offering an open concept floor plan that harbors no secrets. A plush and comfortable living room set doubles as a queen sofa sleeper and faces a stone fireplace with a state of the art 60-inch smart TV hanging above its rustic wood mantel. Built-in bookshelves on either side of the fireplace are stocked with books, games, and beautiful pieces of art, many of which were purchased right here in Winter Park. Lazy nights spent playing the board games on those shelves are destined to make your favorite memories as you laugh, talk, and show off your competitive side to your fellow travelers. Generously sized windows peek out onto the beauty of the Colorado landscape, keeping the room light and bright all day long, and a set of sliding glass doors lead out to a balcony that overlooks the mountain and contains extra seating and a fancy barbecue grill.

Wood floors lead the way to a modern kitchen, fully equipped with luxury appliances including a gas range that would bring a tear to the eye of your favorite professional chef. Dark wood cabinets contrast against snow white walls and white stone counters that include an expansive breakfast bar across the sink that looks out onto the open concept floor plan. Four wood and leather barstools provide overflow seating and a place to snack late at night.

A round wood table surrounded by wood and leather Eames style chairs is tucked away in a corner just outside the kitchen, serving as the heart of the home. This is where stories will be shared, jokes will be told, and many meals will be devoured as the family gathers round the table just as they would at home. A wagon wheel chandelier hangs over the table, adding light on dark nights but the window that sits in this corner helps keep the space bright throughout the day.

The master bedroom of #307 brings a peaceful tranquility to your life, anchored by a queen bed draped in white linens and topped with a premium mattress. Steampunk lights sit on wood nightstands on either side of the bed and a large window overlooks the mountain just outside. An ensuite bath features a tub/shower combo and single wood vanity topped with the same white countertops found in the kitchen and fine hotel quality toiletries are provided for the guests use.

Guest bedroom two is similar in style, design, and simplicity to the master suite, also offering a queen bed with premium mattress and white linens and a large window that looks out over Winter Park. This peaceful room does not offer an ensuite bath, but it is located quite close to the main bath shared with the rest of the condo which offers a walk-in shower in the place of a tub/shower combo.

The entryway to #307 is a practical space, offering places to leave wet and snowy boots and hiding a fully equipped laundry room behind a pocket door. Dry wet mittens, wash dirty clothes, and save room in your suitcase for souvenirs and knickknacks you purchase from the charming shops and boutiques found in Winter Park.

Access to community amenities means guests will get to enjoy the bubbling warmth of the 30-person hot tub that sits under the open sky and an extra seating area inside will help travelers warm up before heading back out into the winter landscape. Other amenities include a ski storage room, heated garage, and even a dog wash for guests traveling with pets! This unit is a corner unit featuring multiple premium views that will never be forgotten, especially if you use your cell phone camera to capture much of what you see. The property does not have a pool or gym, but there is a fantastic rec center in the Town of Winter Park just down the street with multiple indoor pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, 2 sports courts and a complete gymnasium.
