You will find the condo’s living area to be both spacious and relaxing. It has all the “creature comforts” you would desire - comfortable furniture for lounging, three NEW Smart TV’s, NEW mattresses, and a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking. In the morning, you will find yourself drawn to the condo’s tiled terrace to enjoy your coffee (brewed from either the single pod or the drip coffee maker provided) while marveling at the natural beauty that surrounds you. The terrace, with its own table and chairs, is sure to become a favorite hangout for you and your group as you eat breakfast and plan your day’s activities (which may include an afternoon “siesta” in one of the chaise lounges!).
From the minute you walk through the door, you will love the attention your host has given to “the little things” for your use while our guest - an outing to the beach (cooler, chairs, pool noodles, beach towels), bathroom amenities (soaps, shampoo, towels, hairdryer, paper products), kitchen supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels), laundry room (laundry detergent, iron, ironing board), and cleanliness that sparkles throughout the condo - everything you need for your BEST VACATION EVER!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful Sonoran Sea Resort. It is a first-class resort that is gated with 24 hour security. You are just steps away from 3 beachfront swimming pools (adult only and family with a slide), 2 jacuzzis (adult only and family), beach lounge chairs with palapas, swim up pool bar that has 2 happy hours daily, and restaurant on-site with room service options. And 5 great restaurants/bars just outside the resort gates you can walk to! There is something for everyone with a kids play area, fitness center, BBQ grills, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, and beach volleyball,. The concierge on-site can provide equipment rentals or help you arrange activities (Sunset Cruises, Fishing Charters, Jet Skis, Golf, and more). A convenience store is on-site and spa services are available just next door.

Vincent, Steve, and Colleen are next-door neighbors in Oro Valley (Tucson area) and have been good friends for over fifteen years. Vincent wears several hats - supervisor of mining operations in multiple states, property development and management (Arizona, New Mexico, and Mississippi), and his favorite role - dad to a wonderful daughter. Steve and Colleen, married for 35 years and parents to three wonderful adults, recently retired - Steve from a career in laboratory equipment and Colleen as a science teacher.
Vincent has been a frequent visitor to Puerto Penasco for more than 40 years and has loved its charm and beauty as well as the friendliness of the people that is found throughout the town. Steve and Colleen were “late comers” to Puerto Penasco, their first visit earlier this year. But once experienced “all things Rocky Point”, they were hooked and it was just a matter where to put down roots. The choice of Sonoran Sea Resort, with its array of amenities and spectacular views from our penthouse condo, fulfilled everything we could have hoped.
