Rexburg's ideal multi level family home has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 of the bedrooms being located in the upstairs of the home, including the master bedroom which has its own bathroom attached.

Sights: Whether you’re well acquainted or just now being introduced to this LDS community, both places within this area provide some beautiful views accompanied by feelings of sweet peace. On campus at BYU-Idaho, there is a focal point for visitors and travelers to explore called the Thomas E. Ricks Horticulture Demonstration Gardens. This garden has grown on the south side of campus into a 10 acre garden, now known as one of the finest show gardens within the western US.

The gardens are filled with gazebos, ponds, waterfalls, picnic areas, room for studying and relaxing for students and passerby visitors. Memorable events, gatherings, wedding receptions, company parties and family reunions can be scheduled at the Thomas E Ricks gardens which is a great option for any of our guests coming into town with something in mind to celebrate or gather for. Parking: You’ll have access to park in the driveway, with additional parking on the street if needed. The garage is not available for use or parking at this time.

Access: Reserving this private home comes with full access to everything on the nearly 3,600 square foot property. The home, the yard, the driveway and street for parking, fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo, laundering room with washer, dryer and ironing equipment, detergent provided, TVs, fireplace, AC and heater and more. We are certain you’ll feel right at home. The garage is not available for use or parking at this time.

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

It’s located one block over from the breathtaking view of the bright white Rexburg Temple and within 1 mile distance of Brigham Young University College of Idaho, previously known as Ricks College, both belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

We are Kacey & Tiffanie Jensen and we own a husband and wife short term rental and property management business called Premium Rentals located out of Boise Idaho. The roots of this business started out when Kacey's incredible background in house flipping and renovations for 15 years joined in marriage with Tiffanie’s skills for interior design, creative writing and curiosity about the short term rental industry back in 2017. We were in the middle of renovating a property to fill with long term renters when Tiffanie suggested to Kacey that we try opening the house up as an Airbnb for guests instead. We took a shot at the new direction and instantly became hooked. We own many of our own short term rental properties and manage short term rental properties for other people too.

We’ve said time and time again, short term renting is where it’s at and we’ve grown to love hosting, meeting unique people from all different walks of life & helping people feel at home when they are traveling.

We have been hosting professionally for over 5 years now across countless short term rental platforms like Airbnb, V R B O, Trip Advisor, Home A way, Expedia and many many more.

Our goal has always been to go above and beyond in helping our guests feel at home while you're away from home and providing an excellent experience for travelers and families. Our dedication to optimizing each of our 80+ rentals has been evident as we have had Premium Rentals featured on our local news channel Boise CBS 2 News, have earned Airbnb Super host status 20 consecutive times and we have maintained Premier Partner Status with V. R B O, and Home Away for 4 years.

When you book with us, we are confident that you will notice the quality of our property rentals being set apart from the rest and our customer service being of the highest standard and deepest sincerity. As a world traveling family with 5 young children ourselves, we constantly walk our own talk and believe strongly in our mission to give traveling families the kind of experiences and accommodations that we personally look for when we are away from home. We know that when you have a family and young children - the little things truly are the big things. That's why before we open a new property rental, we spend a night or two with our own family living and sleeping in the space and making sure we have what we need for a comfortable stay. From snacks to pack and plays, for little ones, we're confident that when you stay with us, you'll get a feel for how much we truly care about the comfort of all of our guests + we hold in high regard the privilege we have to care for our guests like family.

You'll find our listings constantly growing in numbers but currently open in Meridian, Boise, McCall, Caldwell + Nampa Idaho, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, American Fork, South Jordan and St George Utah, and our personal favorite is our beachfront property in beautiful Oahu, Hawaii.
