Living Space:
From the moment you enter this space, you easily recognize that no cost was spared inside this 5,655 SF estate. Large stone pillars outline the large custom front door for a regal entrance fit for royalty. The main living space is straight ahead with wall-to-wall windows offering natural light and stunning views. The modern three-dimensional built-in ceiling several feet high enhances the modern feel to this space.
There are plenty of other spaces to lounge around throughout the home. Just off the main entrance is an eye-catching, southwest inspired room with comfortable seating, multi-tier tray ceilings, and ample natural light. A classic bar also offers additional space to hang out with friends and family, adjacent to the main living room. The second living space is located near the stairs, just beyond the kitchen. This living space feels open and airy, with wall to ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the backyard and raw desert.

Outdoor Space:
This outdoor space offers ample shade courtesy of your massive patio and a wide-open yard, dotted with natural desert landscaping. The natural tile found in the second living space flows through the covered patio for a cohesive feel. Large stone pillars maintain the same regal elegance you felt upon entering. The large diving pool has its own diving board and custom water features that are sure to delight.

Kitchen:
Natural oak cabinetry, custom ceiling design, and sandy-swirled stone countertops come together inside this large kitchen. The unique shape allows for an abundance of storage and counter space with an optional breakfast bar. A modern cooking top with a stainless-steel range hood adding to the modern amenities in this space. This kitchen has a dishwasher, full sink, stainless-steel double-wide refrigerator, stainless-steel microwave, and stainless-steel stacked double oven.

Master Bedroom:
The warmth of the Arizona sunrise peers through the large windows of this master bedroom. Natural wood flooring and oatmeal-colored walls make this retreat peaceful and warm. A plush bed lies in the center of this space, outfitted with fine linens and dreamy pillows.
In contrast to the wood flooring in the bedroom, the master en suite boasts sleek tile throughout. Jack and Jill sinks are on either side of the lavish sunken bathtub punctuated with natural stone pillars. The standing rain shower boasts tiled walls and stone flooring in true southwestern fashion.

First Floor Bedrooms:
Direct access to the posh patio and pool come standard with both of the additional first-floor bedrooms. Smooth wood flooring runs throughout both bedrooms, a plush huge bed adorned in fine linens, and a full en suite complete each space.

Second Floor Game Room + Bedroom:
Stunning views of the beautiful Arizona outback make taking a trip upstairs worthwhile. The large game room has a wet bar with ample counter space, a half bathroom, and large windows offering that sought after panoramic view. Picturesque views and fresh air can be found on the outdoor terrace overlooking the patio and surrounding majestic mountains. Ultra-plush carpet and modern ceiling fans keep the space cozy and cool.

Guest House:
Offering privacy and comfort, this guest house is fully furnished and wildly spacious. Located on the second level accessible through the garage, this space has a balcony, plush carpet, and a full bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, built-in full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and full stove + oven. The Guest house has a studio style bedroom with kitchenette, living area and King sized bed. Behind the studio Bedroom is a separate Bedroom with an Ensuite Bathroom.

The Bureaucrats at the city of Scottsdale want us to include the following to all our listings in the city of Scottsdale.

“All dwellings units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).” [sic]

The City has not provided a reference to the municipal code which limits maximum occupancy rates, nor have we been able to find it, but in order to avoid fines and a lengthy legal process we have granted their request. Thank you for your understanding.
