Recharge and rejuvenate with a stay in our 1969 Holiday Rambler!
This totally updated camper is located on our working homestead in rural Carroll County, Ohio just a few minutes from Atwood Lake.
You'll likely meet some friendly chickens, rabbits, and goats during your stay. Baby goats on-site beginning in early March!
The camper overlooks our 1/2 acre pond, you'll enjoy plenty of outdoor space (a few acres of woods), your own campfire area (firewood provided), and a private floating deck/dock.

There is a happy energy to this property located 'out in the country'.
You'll be staying in a completely refurbished/updated 1969 travel trailer. The ceiling height is 6'2" so, if you're tall, fair warning that you'll need to stoop.
The trailer has heat and A/C. It is a tiny camper, ideal for a close couple.
Bathroom upgrades include a full-sized shower, sink, and flushing toilet... none of that weird 'camper bathroom' stuff. :O)
The kitchen has a butcher block counter top, fridge, toaster oven, burner, and microwave. A Keurig-style coffee maker and an assortment of pods are provided.
We always stock your fridge with a few farm fresh eggs. Additional eggs are available for purchase. We also have farm fresh produce, microgreens, and fruit available (all dependent on seasonal availability).
A full bed with high quality memory foam mattress sleeps two adults in cozy fashion. The back of the trailer features a small dining nook with seating for two.
You'll enjoy a private, partly wooded outdoor area overlooking the pond. We provide you an initial stack of firewood, with additional firewood available for a modest price.
When you're ready to retreat inside, you'll enjoy Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

The little town of Dellroy is just three miles away, and is complete with a dairy bar, bowling alley, small market, convenience store, and gas station.
We're minutes from Atwood Lake; boat and kayak rentals are available at both the East and West Marinas at Atwood so you can enjoy a fun filled day on the lake. There are several highly rated local restaurants within a short drive.
You can enjoy a romantic dinner complete with cocktails, wine or craft beers while overlooking Atwood Lake, or drive a bit further for more dining options, restaurants, breweries, and wineries.

We're minutes away from Atwood and Leesville Lakes. The historic Zoar Village is about fifteen minutes away.
We're 45 minutes from the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, and also about 45 minutes from the heart of Amish country.

My wife, Heather, and I own the Shady Grove homestead.
