Layout
Villa Hellena is one of the 6 private residences, covering 60 m2, featuring 1 bedroom and can accommodate up to 3 guests. The property features wide open spaces, with a living room, dining area and open kitchen, also offering Netflix and central A/C. The villa’s simple luxury and purity of materials will make you fall in love at first sight, promoting unlimited moments of relaxation on an island of unspoiled beauty and authenticity. Also, the in-ground architecture, natural stone and wide openings create a cool ambience and keep the Villa airy and sunny.

Interior
The main entrance opens up to an open plan area featuring the living room with corner sofa, 50’’ HDTV and fully equipped kitchen with built-in branded appliances and breakfast counter. The bedroom offers a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 43’’ HDTV and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin with hydromassage column are also available. The living room and bedroom both provide direct access to the pool terrace, thanks to their floor-to-ceiling glass doors and enjoy beautiful sea views.

Exterior
The pool terrace features a private, heated, 35 m2 infinity swimming pool with hydromassage (1,30 m deep) and unobstructed sea vistas, while being equipped with 1 double daybed, outdoor sofa and a hanging chair, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge, upon request.b Furthermore, the outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola is ideal for al fresco dining. Finally, the Villa is fully fenced, offering total privacy and has its own entrance and private parking space inside the Villa premises with a gate.

To make things even better, our guests have the privilege to benefit from the Spa Facilities available at the complex, which include:

- Hammam room
- Massage
(The spa room also offers an additional Shower cabin and WC. Treatments are provided with extra charge and by appointment).

Palaiokastro, due to its panoramic location is characterised as the “Balcony of Heraklion” offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea! The amphitheatre style construction of these wonderful villas, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the famous Dia’s Island. The nearest beaches are Palaiokastro, Pantantassa and Helidoni and. Not far there is also Ligaria Beach. Close to the Villa you can also find several tavernas, super market and pharmacy.

In the nearby locations of Gazi and Ammoudara guests can find all daily amenities, such as large super markets, gas station, ATM machine, butcher, fish monger and many more.

Additionally there are many places that can be easily visited from the villa and attractive for daily entertainment for families with children such as a water park, the Cretaquarium, Planetarium, dinosaurs theme park etc. Other major facilities of the island are only a breath away from the villa, such as the Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport and the port of the city, as well as the exit to the highway that gives easy access to the centre of Heraklion and to the other cities in Crete such as Rethymno, Chania, Agios Nikolaos, Hersonissos, Malia, Elounda and others.

Furthermore if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then the city of Heraklion is 13 km away and offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment. The Knossos palace (17km) and the archeological museum in Heraklion (16 km) are also worth to visit. Staying in our villa offers you an opportunity of total relaxation in a quiet and secluded area with being in small distances to living areas at the same time.

The closest beach to Malvezzino Luxury Villas is Palaiokastro beach which is well-organized with sun beds, umbrellas, taverns and a mini market and some shops. Palaiokastro is a picturesque beach and one of the most beloved beaches of locals. Moreover, the sea is deep and its western part has very large pebbles. The rocky seabed is ideal for fishing and snorkelling.
